Ethical Non-Monogamy
Ethical non-monogamy (ENM) and consensual non-monogamy (CNM) are, for most intents and purposes, the same thing and they are generic terms for participation in romantic relationships that are not completely exclusive between two people (who may or may not be in a committed relationship)…and everyone knows it.

Lifestyle
Lifestyle is a general term used for a community of people (usually couples) that are sexually open with other couples and/or singles. Couples in lifestyle usually consider themselves emotionally monogamous, but are open to sexual experiences with others. Everyone involved knows the arrangement of everyone else.

Polyamory
Polyamory differs somewhat in that it is the practice of having or being open to multiple romantic relationships, again, with the knowledge and consent of everyone involved. While polyamory focuses on love, other forms tend to focus more on sex.
The thing to know
ENM, or Lifestyle, can be anything you want it to be as
long as everyone knows about it and everyone is
enthusiastically consenting.

Protect the most important thing: your relationship. If you are interested in ethical non-monogamy (ENM), but feel nervous or afraid, that is normal. Instead of focusing on your fears and the unknowns, I can help you focus on what you want to sustain and what you want to create together.
You’ll have lots of questions. I know because I’ve been there. I can answer your questions and those you don’t yet know to ask. I will guide you through conversations that you don’t yet know to have.
